The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two years, from Jan. 1, 2024, until Jan. 1, 2026. The state may extend the contract up to a total of five years.</description>

<description>The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Disability Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified responders to: conduct a comprehensive study to evaluate the need for licensure or other regulatory modifications for the Medical Assistance Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit; coordinate, convene and facilitate engagement and consultation with a broad array of EIDBI and autism services stakeholders to incorporate their input on licensure and/or regulatory recommendations; and complete a report with their findings and recommendations for next steps. The state will consider awarding separate contracts for the licensure study/recommendations and the stakeholder engagement/consultation aspects of this work.
